The short version: we only use what you send us to review your enquiry and talk to you about it. We don't add enquiry details to marketing lists, and we don't sell or share your information with anyone who isn't needed to deliver the message to us.
Who we are
C&S Product Sourcing, ABN 77 912 693 224, based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Enquiries are handled personally by Cody Yu.
What we collect
Only what you choose to type into the enquiry form on this site. Depending on which fields you fill in, that may include:
- Your company name, your name and your role
- Your email address and, if you provide it, your phone number
- What your business distributes
- The operational information you describe — the problem, how often it happens, what it affects, and any workaround you're using
- Whether you're open to a short conversation
Only company, name, email and a description of the problem are required. Everything else is optional, and the form works if you leave it blank.
If you arrive from a link in an email we sent, we may also record campaign information contained in that link and the referring page so we can understand which outreach is generating enquiries.
Why we collect it
To read your enquiry, work out whether we can help, and contact you about it. That's the whole purpose. We don't use it for anything else.
Who processes it, and where
The enquiry form on this site is operated by Web3Forms, which receives your submission, stores it, and delivers it to us by email. C&S is the data controller and Web3Forms acts as our processor.
According to Web3Forms' own privacy policy, which we have read rather than assumed:
- Web3Forms operates from India and uses infrastructure providers that may process data in more than one region. Your submission is therefore processed and stored outside Australia.
- Submissions are stored in a database hosted on Amazon Web Services, encrypted at rest. Notification emails are delivered through Amazon SES. Web3Forms also uses Cloudflare and Hetzner as infrastructure providers.
- Web3Forms retains form submission data for a maximum of three years from the date of submission, after which it is deleted automatically. This is separate from how long we keep the enquiry ourselves.
- For spam and abuse prevention, the IP address and email address of people who submit forms may be sent to CleanTalk and Akismet.
Once the enquiry reaches us, it sits in a mailbox hosted by Google Workspace.
This website itself is served by Cloudflare, which handles standard web-server logging (such as IP addresses) as part of delivering and protecting the site.
Each of these providers has its own privacy terms. We don't give any of them permission to use your enquiry for their own marketing purposes.
If you would rather not have your information handled this way, email us directly or call instead of using the form.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not use cross-site tracking. We don't run a newsletter sign-up or retargeting pixel.
Marketing
We do not add enquiry details to a marketing list. If we ever start sending a mailing list, it will be something you opt into separately — not something you're added to because you contacted us.
How long it is kept
We keep enquiries for as long as they're commercially relevant — while we're discussing the problem, and for any working relationship that follows. If nothing comes of it, we don't need it, and you're welcome to ask us to delete it at any time.
Separately, Web3Forms retains form submission data for up to three years before deleting it automatically, as described above. Asking us to delete an enquiry removes it from our records; if you also want it removed from Web3Forms' systems sooner, tell us and we'll request that.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
Email CodyYu@csproductsourcing.com.au and ask. We'll tell you what we hold, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it. No form to fill in, no process to follow — just ask.
Security
Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection. We keep access to the mailbox limited and protected. No system is completely secure, so please don't send commercially sensitive material — pricing, supplier terms, confidential documents — through a web form. Email or call and we'll find a better way to share it.
Changes to this page
If we change how enquiries are handled — for example by adding website analytics — we'll update this page to say so.

If the matter cannot be resolved, you may also have the right to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
