How it works

Nine steps from first conversation to a documented order. You retain control at every one of them.

  1. Confirm export readiness — We establish what you can supply: specifications, certifications, MOQ, production capacity, lead times and documentation. If something is missing we say so before any buyer work begins.
  2. Agree products and target markets — Which SKUs, which countries. Chosen against your capacity and certifications, not against what sounds impressive.
  3. Agree authority — Non-exclusive, product- and market-specific, in writing. C&S acts as an independent contractor and prospective purchaser and reseller, not as your agent, and has no authority to bind you. You remain free to pursue other channels.
  4. Identify and qualify buyers — Importers, distributors, wholesalers and commercial buyers. We establish their channel, volumes and certification requirements before introducing anything.
  5. Establish the buyer's commercial requirements — Volume, specification, certification, packaging format, target pricing and delivery timing.
  6. Match the supplier to the opportunity — Against specification, origin, certification, capacity, packaging, pricing, lead time and the buyer's intended market.
  7. Agree the transaction — Separate documents set your net price to C&S, payment terms, Incoterms and responsibilities. Where C&S purchases and resells as principal, it sets its own resale price and buyer terms and carries the risk on that sale.
  8. Coordinate the order — Documentation, specifications and the commercial sequence through to an executable order. You approve every order you accept from C&S. Qualified freight, customs and regulatory specialists are brought in where required.
  9. Develop the ongoing market — We remain involved after the first order to manage commercial follow-up, support repeat purchasing, capture buyer feedback and develop further qualified opportunities within the agreed scope.

You approve products, markets, buyer accounts, samples, your net supply price and supply terms, and every order you accept from C&S. C&S has no authority to bind you, and cannot contract, accept an order, grant credit or make a warranty in your name.

Where appropriate, C&S coordinates with relevant trade organisations and qualified service providers on behalf of participating suppliers.
