We help Australian brands, distributors and retailers turn recurring customer problems into commercially viable physical products — from research and supplier qualification to samples, private label and wholesale supply.

Four disciplines, run in sequence. Not every project uses all four — we scope to the opportunity in front of us.
We analyse customer complaints, reviews, practitioner feedback and community behaviour to locate recurring, costly problems worth solving.
We convert those problems into written specifications, sample tests and practical improvements — not features for their own sake.
We screen manufacturers with structured due diligence — including on-site factory visits — plus sample assessment, compliance checks and commercial criteria. Price is never the only test.
We support wholesale, distribution, private-label, retailer trials and Australian market-entry — matched to the opportunity, not promised on every project.
Better-margin, better-reviewed products for your category, with the sourcing and validation handled.
Improved or private-label products developed from real customer evidence and qualified supply.
Market validation, buyer introductions and local commercial communication.
A disciplined partner for problem validation, sample testing and supplier qualification.
We never present an early-stage project as a finished commercial success. The status label tells you exactly where each one sits.

A direct relationship with TOA — a trusted abrasives manufacturer — supplying sanding and coating products into the Australian automotive trade, with active Victorian distribution.

Skin rubbing raw quietly cuts your day short. A verified balm that glides on an invisible barrier so you can keep going — we're not selling a balm, we're selling freedom. Sample tested and available to order.

Moving and storing a heavy motorcycle in a home garage is awkward — and even on a wheeled dolly, the bike can roll or tip. Our addition is an over-centre, foot-operated stopper that locks the dolly and steadies the bike hands-free — for loading, unloading and storage. Universal roll-on, currently in mechanical design.
C&S evaluates the customer problem, market evidence, positioning, pricing, preliminary margins and major execution risks. You receive a commercially grounded recommendation to proceed, revise or stop.
Every opportunity moves through the same gates. Ideas that don't clear a gate are parked or rejected — cheaply, and early.
Evidence, not enthusiasm. Product decisions begin with repeated, documented problems — not a hunch.
Margins are protected. An improvement that can't hold a viable commercial margin doesn't proceed.
Suppliers are evaluated beyond price. Quality, compliance and consistency carry as much weight as cost.
Samples are tested against a written brief. Every sample is judged on a defined problem/solution statement.
We reject weak ideas. We're willing to say no when an opportunity doesn't pass the commercial gates.
Local voice, global reach. Australian communication combined with international manufacturing access.

C&S is founder-led and responsive. My background spans manufacturing, automotive work, product development, community research and supplier coordination — the practical side of getting a better product made and to market.
On individual projects we're supported by specialist manufacturers, designers, engineers and commercial mentors when the work requires them. You always deal with a real person who is accountable for the outcome.
