A second opinion before you commit serious money to manufacturing. AUD $249
A worksheet records what you believe. It can't tell you a belief is wrong, flag that an MOQ assumption is off for how your category is actually made, or ask the question you didn't know to ask. That's what this is.
What gets reviewed
- The commercial case as presented
- Your customer evidence
- The assumptions underneath it
- MOQ and inventory exposure
- Margin and cost logic
- Manufacturing and sourcing questions
- The major risks
- What should be established before contacting factories
What you receive
Within 5 business days of a sufficiently complete submission
- A 3–5 page written review
- A preliminary outcome: Go / Investigate Further / Stop or Rethink
- The strongest part of your commercial case
- The three biggest risks
- The three assumptions most worth validating
- MOQ, inventory, margin and manufacturing concerns based on what you've supplied
- The sourcing questions that should be answered next
- Your recommended next three actions
- A 30-minute review call with Cody, and one follow-up email within 7 days
The call happens after the written review, not at checkout. Booking details come with the review, so you've read it before we talk.
How to submit
Email your completed workbook and supporting material — links, sketches, photos, competitor examples, existing quotes, supplier correspondence — to CodyYu@csproductsourcing.com.au. If files are too large to attach, send a secure share link instead.
If you'd like an NDA in place first, don't send the sensitive material yet. Contact C&S before submitting it. We're willing to consider a reasonable NDA, though its terms have to be agreed by both of us first.
Your confidential material will not be shared with manufacturers, suppliers or prospective commercial partners to progress your product without your permission. See the Submission & Confidentiality Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The review is AUD $200 instead of $249. You aren't charged twice.
What this is not
- Legal, financial, tax, engineering or regulatory advice
- A patent, trade mark or design search, or any form of IP clearance
- A certification, compliance assessment or test report
- Supplier research, a factory audit, or a quotation
- A guarantee of commercial success, manufacturing outcome, supplier performance, sales, profitability or regulatory approval
Obtain specialist advice where your product requires it. The quality of the review depends on the quality of what you send: we can only assess the information provided.
What happens if it shouldn't proceed
We'll say so. Sometimes the most valuable sourcing decision is not to source the product — and finding that out for $249 is considerably cheaper than finding it out with a container of stock. If it is worth progressing, C&S may quote separately for feasibility, supplier research, samples, packaging, costing or sourcing coordination.
