We go and watch it being made.

A supplier can promise anything over email. So before a product goes anywhere near an order, we get on the floor and see it produced with our own eyes — confirming it's genuinely made there, on machines that can hold the spec, at the volume we need. Photos and quotes are easy to fake. A production line running your product in front of you is not.

Half of "manufacturers" are really middlemen.

Plenty of suppliers that quote like a factory are actually trading companies — they take your order and quietly sub it out to someone you'll never see, with a margin and a communication gap in between. That's how quality drifts, timelines slip and specs get "interpreted." The only reliable way to know a factory can actually make your product, the way you asked, is to stand in it while they do — and that's what we do before recommending anyone.

We watch the product actually come off their line — confirming it's produced in-house, not quietly outsourced to a factory we'd never get to see or audit.

The machines & capacity

What equipment they run, how modern it is, and whether the line can hold our tolerances and turn out the volumes we need without cutting corners.

New tooling or staff?

Whether our product fits their current setup, or needs a new mould, an added machine or extra trained people — and what that means for cost and lead time, worked out up front.

QC at every stage

How they check quality — incoming materials, in-process and finished goods. Their team runs the checks and we verify the system holds; when their staff can't cover it, or a customer asks, we step in and test by hand ourselves.

Packaging

Whether they can package it properly for retail and for transit — so it arrives on shelf looking right and survives the freight to get there.

Raw material → finished

We trace the whole chain — where the raw materials come from and how they flow through to a finished, boxed product — so there are no hidden gaps or surprises.
