A powered scrubber has one job: do the scrubbing so your hands and wrists don't have to. The failure shows up all over the reviews of the cheap ones — the motor spins happily in the air, but the moment you lean on it to actually clean something, it bogs down and stalls. So you press harder, the hand-and-wrist effort you were trying to avoid comes straight back, and the product fails at the one thing it promised.

The insight

The obvious fix — a bigger battery — is the wrong one. A bigger battery runs a weak drive for longer; it doesn't make it any stronger. The real limit is the drive system's ability to deliver torque under load.
